Timberland chooses Giò Forma, the award-winning design studio made up of designers, architects and artists, led by Cristiana Picco, Florian Boje e Claudio Santucci, as an exceptional interpreter to develop 360° one of the key themes of the brand, sustainability, through a surprising reading in key design.
Here comes RoBOTL, a majestic and imposing installation that will be erected in Piazza XXV Aprile, perfectly embodying the concept of this edition of Brera Design District, Design your Life: the sustainable and conscious planning of one’s own choices.

RoBOTL, which name takes inspiration from ReBOTL, Timberland’s new footwear collection, is the sustainability superhero, a symbol and warning that reminds us how important it is to safeguard the environment in which we live.
The work is to be created after a careful and meticulous search of items, using a relevant part of recycled plastic bottles and production rejects coming from the design industry, with the purpose to transform polluting agents into something meaningful. RoBOTL thus becomes the official spokesperson to raise awareness to act in a conscious and responsible way, starting from the city in which we live.
